Frequently Asked Questions

Is my baby's data private?

Yes! All data is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your phone unless you choose to use Family Sync to share with your partner.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically if you're signed into the same Apple ID.

Can I sync with my partner?

Yes! Go to Settings → Create Family, then share the invite code with your partner. They'll enter it in Settings → Join Family.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your local data will be deleted. If you're using Family Sync, your data is also stored in the cloud and will be available when you reinstall.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Logaby → Cancel.
